4. Not affected by color powders, especially not affected by carbon black.

V. Processing Precautions

1. Lydorflam 5007, due to its low volume density, the dispersion of the flame retardant plays a key role in the flame retardant effect and processing of the product. To achieve better results, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of dispersant in the formulation system, combined with a screw combination that provides strong shear dispersion, to improve the dispersion and processability of the flame retardant.

2. The volume density of the flame retardant is relatively low. Choosing a suitable resin with a medium to high melt flow index can effectively encapsulate the flame retardant. It is recommended to select resins with a medium to high melt flow index as the substrate.

VI. Packaging and Storage

25Kg/bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.

Lydorflame 5009
聚烯烃V0阻燃剂系列Lydorflame 5009

I. Product Introduction

Lydorflam 5009 is a new type of phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant suitable for polyolefins, integrating acid source, carbon source, and gas source to achieve flame retardant effect through carbonization and expansion mechanisms. Polyolefins flame-retarded with Lydorflam 5009 do not contain halogen elements or heavy metal elements, and the flame-retardant products have characteristics such as low density and low smoke generation.

IV. Processing Precautions:

1. Lydorflam 5009 has a relatively low volume density, and the dispersion of the flame retardant plays a key role in the flame retardant effect and processability of the product. To achieve better results, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of dispersant in the formulation system to improve the dispersion and processability of the flame retardant;

2. The volume density of the flame retardant is relatively low, and a suitable melt flow index resin can effectively coat the flame retardant; it is recommended to choose medium to high melt index resins as the substrate.

3. The flame retardant works through expansion and carbonization mechanisms, and any inorganic mineral fillers that destroy the flame retardant mechanism will affect the flame retardancy;

4. Choose a reasonable processing temperature to avoid the decomposition of the flame retardant under high temperature conditions; it is recommended that the processing temperature be between 180~190℃, and the screen at the die head should be removed.

4. Processing Precautions:

1. Lydorflam 5009L has a relatively low bulk density, and the dispersion of the flame retardant plays a key role in the flame retardancy and processability of the product. To achieve better results, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of dispersant to the formulation system to improve the dispersion and processability of the flame retardant.

2. The bulk density of the flame retardant is relatively low. A suitable resin with a high melt flow index can effectively coat the flame retardant. It is recommended to choose a resin with a medium to high melt flow index as the base material.

3. The flame retardant works through expansion and carbonization mechanisms; any inorganic mineral fillers that disrupt the flame retardant mechanism will affect its performance.

4. Choose a reasonable processing temperature to avoid the decomposition of the flame retardant under high temperatures. It is recommended to process at temperatures between 180 and 190℃, and to remove the screen from the die head.
