New phosphorus and nitrogen halogen-free flame retardants for polyolefinsintegrating acid, carbonand gas sources, achieve flame retardant effects through expansion, carbonization and thermalinsulation mechanisms.Free of halogen and heavy metal elements, flame retardants have thecharacteristics of low density and low smoke generation and help the resulting products reach UL94VO level and pass the glow wire IEC60695-2 standard test.
Application:
1. Lydorflam 5001 can work with inorganic filing and glass fiber, not impacting the flame retardant effect.
2. Lydorflam 5006E/5006H/5006J have high efficiency, small addition amount, and little impact onmaterial properties.
3. Lydorflam 5009/5009L have low cost and good carbonization effect.
Processing precautions:
1. An appropriate amount of dispersant combined with a strong shear screw combination canimprove the dispersion and processability of flame retardants.
2. Selecting a resin with medium to high melting point as the substrate can effectively melt andwrap flame retardant.
Packaging and storage:
25kg/bag, transport compiling with general chemical regulations, store in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
