1. Lydorflam 5010 is applied in pure homopolymer PP, with less addition and low cost.
2. Lydorflam 5013T is appropriate if your products should have a good performance on glow-wire test. Itcan help pass GWFI 850° C test.
3. Lydorflam 5013Z helps pass the needle flame test to achieve dripping without igniting the silk paper.
4. Lydorflam 5014 is applied in pure copolymer PP, with high efficiency. Adding inorganicfilling does not influence the flame retardancy.
5. Lydorflam 5019 has the advantages of high temperature resistance, no precipitation, and long-term injectionmolding without mold stains. It is suitable for applications with high temperature requirements.
6. Lydorflam 5102 has the advantages of low odor and bake resistance, making it suitable for use in the bellows.
7. Lydorflam 5107 can significantly improve the limited oxygen index (LOl). Additive amount of 2-4% helps theLOI reach 26-28%.
Application:
1. Due to the small addition ratio of the flame retardant, it needs to be evenly dispersed to achieve flameretardant requirement.
2. The temperature control of the equipment should be accurate. The recommended processingtemperature is 170°C to 190°C.
Packaging and storage:
25kglbag, transport compiling with general chemical regulations, store in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
