I. Product Introduction
Lydorflam 5202 A product applied in glass fiber reinforced PBT is a phosphorus and nitrogen-based halogen-free flame retardant, mainly functioning through char formation and gas phase flame retardant mechanisms. It has high thermal stability, no migration, low addition amount, and does not contain phosphine. It is applied in glass fiber reinforced products, exhibiting excellent comprehensive performance, outstanding water resistance, and excellent electrical properties, making it an ideal substitute for brominated antimony flame retardants.

IV. Processing Precautions
1. Lydorflam 5202 Due to the low bulk density, the dispersion of the flame retardant plays a key role in the flame retardant effect and processing of the product. To achieve better results, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of dispersant in the formulation system to improve the dispersion and processability of the flame retardant.
2. Choose a reasonable processing temperature to avoid the flame retardant decomposing under high temperature conditions. It is recommended that the processing temperature be between 220-240℃.
3. Fully control the moisture content of raw materials to avoid affecting product performance due to moisture.
