I. Product Introduction
Lydorflam 5223A A halogen-free flame retardant for nylon materials, mainly functioning through char formation and gas-phase flame retardant mechanisms. The product has high thermal stability, no migration, no precipitation, and low addition amount characteristics, and can be applied to pure nylon and glass fiber reinforced products for flame retardancy, achieving UL-94 V0 level flame retardant performance without dripping. The product has excellent comprehensive performance, outstanding water resistance, and excellent electrical properties, making it an ideal substitute for brominated antimony flame retardants.

IV. Product Characteristics
1. Use immediately after opening, if left for a long time,90℃ Drying2hours;
2.The flame retardant performance of the product is not affected by commonly used antioxidants, lubricants, carbon black, and other additives;
3.The flame retardant performance of the product is not affected by a small amount of inorganic fillers (addition amount ≤5%),such as talcum powder/Talc/the influence of barium sulfate;
4.If adding toughening agents, the addition amount of flame retardants needs to be increased accordingly;
