Lydorflam 5203 is a halogen-free flame retardant for nylon and polyester materials, primarily functioning through char formation and gas phase flame retardancy mechanisms. The product features high thermal stability and low addition amounts, making it suitable for flame retardant modification of glass fiber reinforced nylon products and polyester materials, achieving UL-94 V0 level flame retardancy without dripping. The product has excellent overall performance, outstanding water resistance, and excellent electrical properties, making it an ideal substitute for brominated antimony flame retardants.
