I. Product Introduction
 
Lydorflam 5204GM is a halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch applied to glass fiber reinforced nylon materials, mainly functioning through the mechanisms of intumescent carbonization and gas-phase flame retardancy, achieving high flame retardancy efficiency. The product features high thermal stability and low addition amount, making it suitable for flame retardancy in glass fiber reinforced nylon products, allowing the material to reach UL-94 V0 level flame retardancy. The product has high flame retardancy efficiency, excellent impact performance, no exudation, and is free of MPP, among other characteristics.
