1. Product Introduction
Lydorflam 802 is a superfine inorganic synergistic flame retardant that has been efficiently activated on its surface, used in combination with halogen flame retardants to replace 20-60% antimony trioxide. The product has good dispersibility and fluidity, which can effectively improve the flame retardant stability and physical mechanical properties of the product. During the combustion process of the polymer, it acts as an acid catalyst, causing partial cross-linking reactions and carbonization in the system, forming a carbon char protective layer to provide thermal insulation and isolate air, slowing down the thermal decomposition reaction, thereby achieving an effective flame retardant effect.
2. Product Specifications
Appearance: white powder Moisture: ≤0.5%
Whiteness: 90% Particle size: <15μm
3. Main Applications
Widely used in flame retardant modification of materials such as PBT/PET, PA, ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, PVC, EPDM, NBR, replacing 20-60% antimony trioxide, meeting UL94 flame retardant requirements.
4. Product Features
1. Under conditions that meet flame retardant requirements, flame retardant costs can be significantly reduced
2. Reduce density and improve the smoke density of materials
3. Enhance the rigidity of materials
5. Processing Precautions
The fine particle size of Lydorflam 802 allows for more stable flame retardancy when fully and uniformly dispersed in the system.
6. Packaging and Storage
12.5Kg/bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
