I. Product Introduction
Lydorflam5013ZM flame retardant is a flame retardant masterbatch with phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromine as flame retardant elements, mainly used in polypropylene. It acts as a flame retardant through gas phase and condensed phase mechanisms, with an addition of 4% to 8% to meet UL-94 V2 combustion requirements and successfully pass the needle flame test. Compared to traditional brominated flame retardants, it has a lower addition amount, does not require the addition of antimony trioxide, and possesses characteristics such as no precipitation, water resistance, and non-toxicity. The product is mainly used in the processing of plastic products such as extrusion and injection molding.
II. Product Specifications
Appearance: white granules Moisture: ≤0.5%
P content: ≥4% Br content: ≤5%
III. Processing Precautions
1. Due to the small addition ratio, it must be evenly dispersed to meet flame retardant requirements;
2. The equipment must ensure accurate temperature control to avoid local overheating due to inaccurate temperature control, which can lead to the decomposition of the flame retardant.
IV. Packaging and Storage
25Kg/bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
