I. Product Introduction
Lydorflam5019 The flame retardant is a flame retardant based on phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromine, suitable for flame retardants of copolymer PP materials. It acts as a flame retardant through gas phase and condensed phase mechanisms, added1%-3% can meet the UL-94 V2 combustion requirements and can smoothly pass the IEC60695-2 glowing wire test and the needle flame test. Compared with traditional brominated flame retardants, its addition amount is low, and there is no need to add antimony trioxide, while also having characteristics such as no precipitation, water resistance, and non-toxicity.
II. Product Specifications

III. Application Characteristics
1. No precipitation: No precipitation on the surface after baking at 130℃ for 168H
2. High dielectric property: Dielectric strength >6000V
3. Water resistance: Soaked in 75℃ hot water for 168H, excellent flame retardancy
4. Meets the IEC60695-2-13 requirement of 775℃ and the IEC60695-2-12 requirement of 850℃
5. Excellent high-temperature thermal aging performance, maintaining good performance after aging at 150℃ for 2000H
6. Can be compounded with different minerals such as talcum powder and barium sulfate for flame retardancy
IV. Processing Precautions
1. Due to the small addition ratio, it must be ensured that it is evenly dispersed to meet flame retardancy requirements.
2. Equipment must ensure accurate temperature control to avoid local overheating due to inaccurate temperature control, leading to the decomposition of the flame retardant. It is recommended to set the processing temperature range at: 170~190 ℃.
V. Packaging and Storage
25Kg/bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
