1. Product Introduction
Lydorflam 5009L is a new type of phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant suitable for polyolefins, integrating acid source, carbon source, and gas source to achieve flame retardancy through carbonization and expansion mechanisms. Polyolefins flame-retarded with Lydorflam 5009L do not contain halogen elements or heavy metal elements, and the flame-retardant products have characteristics such as low density and low smoke generation.

4. Processing Precautions:
1. Lydorflam 5009L has a relatively low bulk density, and the dispersion of the flame retardant plays a key role in the flame retardancy and processability of the product. To achieve better results, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of dispersant to the formulation system to improve the dispersion and processability of the flame retardant.
2. The bulk density of the flame retardant is relatively low. A suitable resin with a high melt flow index can effectively coat the flame retardant. It is recommended to choose a resin with a medium to high melt flow index as the base material.
3. The flame retardant works through expansion and carbonization mechanisms; any inorganic mineral fillers that disrupt the flame retardant mechanism will affect its performance.
4. Choose a reasonable processing temperature to avoid the decomposition of the flame retardant under high temperatures. It is recommended to process at temperatures between 180 and 190℃, and to remove the screen from the die head.
5. Packaging and Storage
