1. Product Introduction
Lydorflam5013Z The flame retardant is a product that uses phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromine as flame-retardant elements, functioning through gas phase and condensed phase flame-retardant mechanisms, added 2-6% can meet UL-94 V2 and needle flame test. Compared with traditional brominated flame retardants, its addition amount is low, and there is no need to add antimony trioxide, while also having characteristics such as no precipitation, water resistance, and non-toxicity.
2. Product Specifications
Appearance: White powder Moisture: ≤0.5%
P content: ≥13% Br content: ≤1%
3. Application Characteristics
1. Can pass the needle flame test
2, can be compounded with barium sulfate for flame retardancy
4. Processing Precautions
1. Due to the small addition ratio, it must be evenly dispersed to meet flame retardant requirements.
2. Equipment must ensure accurate temperature control to avoid local overheating due to inaccurate temperature control, which can lead to the decomposition of the flame retardant. It is recommended to set the processing temperature range at: 170~190 ℃.
5. Packaging and Storage
25Kg/bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
