One, Product Introduction
Lydorflam5107 flame retardant is an efficient flame retardant that uses phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromine as flame retardant elements, applied to polypropylene. It acts as a flame retardant through gas phase and condensed phase mechanisms, and an addition of 2-4% can meet the UL-94 V2 combustion requirements, with an oxygen index of over 26. Compared to traditional brominated flame retardants, its addition amount is low, and there is no need to add antimony trioxide, while also possessing characteristics such as no leaching, water resistance, and non-toxicity.

Three, Processing Precautions
1. Due to the small addition ratio, it must be evenly dispersed to meet the flame retardant requirements;
2. Equipment must ensure accurate temperature control to avoid local overheating due to inaccurate temperature control, which can lead to the decomposition of the flame retardant. It is recommended to set the processing temperature range at: 170-190 ℃.
