I. Product Introduction
Lydorflam 5007 is a new type of phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromine flame retardant suitable for polyolefins. It achieves flame retardant effects through mechanisms of expansion, carbonization, and thermal insulation, meeting the GWIT850℃ glowing wire requirements. Polyolefins flame-retarded with Lydorflam 5007 have characteristics such as low density and low smoke generation, and can successfully pass UL746C and glowing wire IEC60695-2 standard tests.

IV. Product Characteristics
1. It has excellent heat resistance, with a decomposition temperature greater than 282℃, and is not prone to black spots.
2. It can provide a wide processing temperature range, and a screen can be added during extrusion and granulation.
3. No exudation, water boil resistant, can meet the 85℃, 168H water boil test.
4. Not affected by color powders, especially not affected by carbon black.
V. Processing Precautions
1. Lydorflam 5007, due to its low volume density, the dispersion of the flame retardant plays a key role in the flame retardant effect and processing of the product. To achieve better results, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of dispersant in the formulation system, combined with a screw combination that provides strong shear dispersion, to improve the dispersion and processability of the flame retardant.
2. The volume density of the flame retardant is relatively low. Choosing a suitable resin with a medium to high melt flow index can effectively encapsulate the flame retardant. It is recommended to select resins with a medium to high melt flow index as the substrate.
VI. Packaging and Storage
25Kg/bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
