I. Product Introduction
Lydorflam 5006C is a new type of phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant suitable for polyolefins, integrating acid source, carbon source, and gas source, free of APP, achieving flame retardant effects through expansion, carbonization, and thermal insulation mechanisms. Polyolefins flame-retarded with Lydorflam 5006C are free of halogen elements and heavy metal elements, and the flame-retardant products have low density and low smoke generation characteristics, successfully passing the UL-94 standard test.

IV. Product Characteristics
1. Excellent heat resistance, decomposition temperature greater than 285℃, not easy to produce black spots
2. Can provide a wide processing temperature range, a screen can be added during extrusion and granulation
3. Not affected by color powders, especially not affected by carbon black
V. Processing Precautions
1. The dispersion of the flame retardant plays a key role in the flame retardant effect and processing of the product. To achieve better results, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of dispersant in the formulation system, combined with a strong shear dispersing screw combination to improve the dispersibility and processability of the flame retardant.
2. Suitable resin with a high melt index can effectively melt-coat the flame retardant, it is recommended to choose resins with medium to high melt indices as the base material.
VI. Packaging and Storage
25Kg/bag, transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
