I. Product Introduction
Lydorflam 5001M is a new type of phosphorus and nitrogen halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch suitable for polyolefins, existing in a cage-like molecular structure, integrating acid source, carbon source, and gas source, free of APP, achieving flame-retardant effects through expansion, carbonization, and thermal insulation mechanisms. With Lydorflam 5001M The flame-retardant polyolefin is free of halogen elements and heavy metal elements, and the flame-retardant product has characteristics such as low density and low smoke generation, capable of passing UL746C and glow wire IEC60695-2 standard tests.

IV. Product Characteristics
1. Excellent heat resistance, not prone to black spots;
2. Can provide a wide processing temperature range, a screen can be added during extrusion and granulation;
3. No precipitation, water boil resistant, can meet 85℃, 168H water boil test
4. Can be compounded with minerals such as talc, barium sulfate, glass fiber, etc.
5. Not affected by color powders, especially not affected by carbon black
